When is payment required?
Payment is required on the day of consultation.
What’s the referral procedure?
You do not need to bring a referral to your appointment, but if you have Private Health Insurance with extra’s cover you will need a referral to claim. Your account can not be claimed through Medicare. We do suggest that you do get a referral from your General Practitioner as this will cover your child if they need to have an Ultrasound or other testing done within the clinic.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open from 9-5 Monday – Friday and closed on public holidays
What’s the EPC package?
EPC package entitle eligible patients to five visits in a year with a rebate of $50 per visit under the item number 10960. Enhanced Primary Care packages should be considered if a child has had a long term condition for more than six months which your GP is aware of. A GP must lodge the forms to Medicare for approval.
